Privacy
Policy
1. Our Commitment to Your Privacy
Dezinet Private Limited ("Dezinet", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who visits our website at dezinet.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the steps we take to keep it secure.
We believe in a minimal-data philosophy. We are not in the business of collecting, selling, or profiting from your personal information. Our website exists solely to present our company, showcase our services, and allow prospective clients to get in touch with us.
2. Information We Collect
We only collect personal information when you voluntarily provide it to us. There are two categories:
Information You Provide (Contact Form)
When you submit our contact form, we collect:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (if provided)
- Your project or inquiry message
Information Collected Automatically
We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or website visitor monitoring tools. We do not collect your IP address, browsing history, or device information for any commercial or marketing purpose. Cloudflare (our hosting and security provider) may process certain technical connection data (such as IP addresses) as part of its standard infrastructure security operations. This is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
3. How We Use Your Information
The information you submit through our contact form is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- To respond to your business inquiry or project proposal
- To communicate with you about services relevant to your inquiry
- To understand the nature of the project you wish to discuss
We will never use your information for unsolicited marketing, cold outreach campaigns, or any purpose not directly related to your explicit inquiry.
4. Third-Party Service Processors
To operate our website securely and deliver your messages to us, we use the following third-party services. These partners only process data as required to perform their specific, limited functions:
Brevo (Formerly Sendinblue) — Email Relay
Your contact form submission is delivered to us via Brevo's transactional email API. Brevo processes your name, email, phone, and message to route the message to our company inbox. Brevo is GDPR-compliant. Your data is not stored on Brevo's servers beyond what is necessary for email delivery.
Cloudflare — Hosting & Security
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare's global network (Cloudflare Pages). Cloudflare may process basic connection metadata (IP addresses, request headers) to protect our site from cyber threats. This processing is inherent to their security platform and is governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare Turnstile — Bot Protection
Our contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving alternative to traditional CAPTCHA systems. Turnstile validates that form submissions come from real users without tracking your browsing behaviour. No cookies are set by Turnstile.
We do not share your personal information with any other third parties, advertisers, data brokers, or marketing platforms.
5. Data Storage & Retention
Dezinet does not operate a public database or data warehouse. We do not store your personal information on any server beyond what is held in the email correspondence that results from your contact form submission.
Your inquiry email is retained in our corporate mailbox (company@dezinet.ltd) for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil your request and maintain records of our business correspondence in compliance with applicable Indian laws. Once a project or inquiry is concluded, data may be archived or deleted at our discretion.
7. Security Measures
We take the security of your personal information seriously. Our technical safeguards include:
- SSL/TLS Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols.
- Bot Protection: Our contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated spam and abuse.
- No Public Database: Since we do not maintain a public-facing database, there is no central repository of user data that could be compromised.
- Rate Limiting: Our API endpoints are protected against abuse through strict rate-limiting mechanisms.
8. Your Rights
As an individual whose data we have received, you have the following rights under applicable Indian data protection law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023):
- Right to Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to Correction: You can request that we correct any inaccurate information.
- Right to Erasure: You can request that we delete the personal data you shared with us, subject to any legal retention obligations.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent for us to contact you at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, please email us at company@dezinet.ltd. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for business and professional use and are not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has submitted personal information to us, we will delete it immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
