We operate as both a digital services provider for clients and as a product-based software company, developing our own next-generation IT products and platforms.

For all active client engagements, the ownership of deliverables (code, designs, content) is determined by the terms of the signed project agreement. In the absence of a specific agreement, all work-in-progress and completed deliverables remain the property of Dezinet Private Limited until full payment has been received.

Dezinet reserves the right to use anonymised project details, general project descriptions, and technical case studies for portfolio and marketing purposes unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place.

You agree not to use the Site or any of its features to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our contact form
